Delta-S executes all kinds of (commercial and non-commercial) projects for third parties such as businesses, institutions and public organizations. Many of these tasks concern counseling or consulting in the fields of data and communication systems, or deal with the development of a product or prototypes. Delta-S accepts assignments in other areas such as urban planning, architecture, (visual) arts or scientific research. A key feature set in all the various research & consulting projects we conduct are creative 'out of the box' thinking tempered with a strong sense of positive public benefit and a sustainable future for all.

Of course, the Delta-S members also conduct their own individual projects. By creating the Delta-S network these individual activities can be linked up to others when they require an expansion of skills, knowledge and tools. In this way Delta-S resembles the old professional guilds which existed in the golden age.

Due to the confidential nature of many projects, it is not possible to give detail information concerning the content and character of those projects. If you want more information, contact us and we will be glad to brief you on the sorts of projects we have been and are currently involved in.

One current project we are connected to is the Internet Archive and the new European Internet Archive. Delta-S is in various ways supporting these very important projects public domain cultural projects, such as helping to setUp and manage a large cluster of net-connected computers - one PETABYTE of dataSpace in Amsterdam at the XS4ALL co-location. This is a non-commercial venture in association with a company in San Francisco called Capricorn Technologies.
